“The 4-day work week helps me out greatly, both personally and professionally. I can catch up on stuff at home, do some running around in town if I need to, plus study for the army. When I’m not handling personal things, I’m working with the Primary Army Reserve in town. Between training and helping out in the community, I’m working towards getting better in my trade within the army, and also helping other organizations within the military.”

“The 4-day work week has been a game-changer for my work-life balance. That extra day gives me time to actually enjoy life outside of work. I can spend quality time with my dog, family and friends, keep up with household chores without feeling rushed, and prioritize my fitness routine. I’ve even discovered some great local coffee shops I never would’ve had time to check out before. It’s made a huge difference in reducing stress and helping me show up to work refreshed and more productive.”

“The 4-day work week has been transformative, allowing me to pursue my passion for swimming at a level I never thought possible. With the extra day, I am completing extensive training through Swim Ontario and was honored to be selected as one of 24 coaches for their Accelerator 201 training program. This schedule has given me the time to be on the pool deck as an assistant coach, travel to meets, and work directly with athletes—all while maintaining my professional responsibilities. The balance I’ve achieved between my career and coaching has enriched both areas of my life; I’m grateful to Dave and I for creating an organization that values this kind of personal growth.”
